Problem with map message on go 750 live
I’ve just updated my device as I recall seeing a message there were updates available at the beginning of summer.
Several updates were transferred from pc to unit via the Tom Tom home site
All seemed well but now I am on start up being given a choice of 2 maps Europe and Europe 2gb
Before it just loaded the map unfortunately if I click either of these options I get the message “problem with map you cannot use this map on this device: Europe 100099 or europe_2gb-85. Can someone please help me. Just wanted to have latest version available to this older unit but now wish I had t bothered as seem to have bricked it. When I looked at the files in explorer on the pc the internal memory seems full don’t know if that’s relevant but I saved the maps to the memory card anyway??
I see on here people have received help to get back up and running so am really hopeful there is something that can be done (especially as I’m travelling tomorrow) thanks
