A TOTAL SHAMBLES from begining to end. No Direct Telephone Contact Possible. Long Delays in replies and updates. Representative was useless!! Totally ignored the detailed contents of my e mail reply. Clearly only able to communicate in basic English. CEO couldn't be bothered to respond!!! Incapable of being able to carry out the simpliest of tasks. i.e Package, Address and Delivery an Item Ordered. Then incapable of dealing with the issue effectively... Only to offer refund which requires 10 days YES I said 10 days to be credited back to my issuing account. Only purchased due to direct e mail offer not on TOM TOM's main website. I have recieved another offer this morning in their Christmas Sale.. Little wonder the company is losing market share!! You don't need a Sat Nav to see where the company is going. Wouldn't Recommend !!!! Wouldn't Buy Off Them Again!! Will be putting these and additional comments on Social Media Sites to warn others NOT to waste their Money...
