Is website (https://tomtomgpslive.com/update-now) authorised to act on behalf of the TomTom Sat Nav organisation or are they affiliated to TomTom in any way, and do they have TomTom permission to represent themselves as TomTom agents when assisting TomTom customers with map update issues? where can I get written confirmation that this is the case as I am trying to follow-up on the scam last week Thanks
