Same here, although I've expected this to happen Auto renewals are common now but TomTom must make it obvious when you place the order. Maybe an additional tick box?! You buy one month so you think it is one month you pay for, only to find out the following month that you have ongoing subscription...

It might be the windscreen holder, micro usb cable to the holder or the battery. Have you tried to leave your Go 6000 connected just to the microbusb instead of using the holder? Have you tried replacing the cable that is connected to the windscreen holder? How's your battery life? Old batteries might be overheating…

It is the Mydrive o the device that is the issue. Before I did the reset it would say connected, service unavailable. Now it simply won't log. As if there was no GPRS connection. But I can confirm GPRS up and running logged in to 23415 which is Vodafone UK.
