Hey Benthanypt, I have a Galaxy S5 too and can't get my Spark 3 to pair at all. I've tried everything. The Tomtom app says there are problems with pairing to this model phone, but you have obviously managed pair, even if the connection is brief. Is your watch running 1.7.62 or 1.7.64 software? Thanks for the link @lampard. I followed the connection instructions and FAQ and have had no success with pairing to my phone. Briefly; -Installed fresh TomTom app on phone, made sure BT has not remembered watch, restart phone -Factory reset watch via computer USB and then registered watch on TomToms sport -Start app on…
Thanks @lampard. I updated the device, and reset, reinstalled everything, but still can't pair with my Galaxy S5. I realise there are problems with this phone, but it has been paired (although not syncing properly) until a couple of days ago when I decided to reinstall the app. Any suggestions appreciated. Hi, I'm having the same pairing issues with my Galaxy S5 as described many times above. I've been through all the steps (reset watch, forget BT settings, reinstall app...) but no success. It sounds like 1.7.64 and another factory reset might help. When will this update be available? Cheers.
