The point (for me) is that traffic/mydrive don't work when connecting with a iOS 13 wifi hotspot; they only work when connecting over Bluetooth. Have you found otherwise?

Tom Tom is aware. they fixed Blue Tooth connectivity, but not traffic and MyDrive.

I tried the suggestion to reset my device to factory settings. However, after the reset, there was no improvement. I am still not able to connect to traffic of MyDrive over my iOS 13 device. Works fine with another WiFi (but that doesn't help while driving).

Runs for me under 10.14.6 with Java 8 installed (Oracle version).

I'm still observing a problem. I cannot connect to my MyDrive account when my Go 620 is connected to an iOS 13.2.3 hotspot. However, it connects fine with other WiFi. Also, the hotspot works fine with all my other devices. Is this a known issue?

Same issue here. Go 620. Traffic and MyDrive do not work over an iOS hotspot connection, but do work on other WiFi connections. MyDrive app on the phone does not see the Go 620 as connected (either via WiFi or Bluetooth).
