That makes sense. Sadly I'm struggling to get LIVE due to my SIM being deactivated as it wasn't renewed within 3 years. You kindly replied on a different topic.

Sadly I am finding this. Every Renault dealer I speak with has no idea what I’m even talking about! :-( It's looking like a lost cause, unfortunately. Only other option, but think it will be too expensive is a specialist in auto electrics!

Thank you for the web links. I get why TT turn it off because of running costs, but I hoping there is a solution to replace the SIM Card, but I'm finding it very hard to get an answer from any of my local Renault dealers.

Hi, Customers service was great. They have kindly given me 1 months trial to see if LIVE works for me. Also there is a summer promo "SUMMER2018" do you know when this expires? Thank you very much for your advise. Kind regards Happy100
