My device has been stuck on update for almost two years now and all I've got from tomtom support was a "it's a known issue and we are working on a fix". That was 6 months ago...
It's almost two years now since the problem first manifested and my device is still "updating". All I've heard from TomTom support is it's a known issue and a fix is being developed. That was 6 moths ago.... Very poor performance.
