Many thanks for all the above, I have tried WiFi and USB and done all of the above many times over. The most frustrating thing is that I have to keep soft booting to try to get to select which update as the device goes into the little rotating circle icon as soon as it sees the wifi. My finger is bruised from holding down…
Ok thanks, there is a general comment saying repairs may take longer. But my concern is I have not had confirmation that a repair is being carried out under warranty yet! No need to answer this.
It's still closed, they refer people to the web site which is why I used this method to get help!
I tried the support line first, it's closed!!!
