An unofficial version of Tom Tom Sports Connect does exist for Linux users. See link https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24741

You may get something out of this link https://en.discussions.tomtom.com/spark-and-spark-3-runner-2-and-runner-3-473/fitness-age-calculations-on-sports-app-1028100/index1.html#post1189101

On watch Settings >Tracker >Goals>OFF. In your chosen activity leave it as Training> Laps >Distance> 1 mile

Maybe try posting in the Sports [Apps] [Website] section as this is a more website related issue you having and not a device specific issue. Try log a fault error I know it's frustrating to wait for a reply from Customer Support...

Quite clearly a company that will do what Tom Tom failed to do right. I did say it's "My hope.." and I'm sure everyone here on these forums will want to read it out aloud and say "We hope.." for something good to happen out of this, for the sake of everyone here that has invested in these devices.

Looks like you just reported a bug. Wonder if Tom Tom will fix this.

If you are on firmware version 1.6.26 (or 1.7.53) then this link may explain what you experiencing regarding Pairing (and Syncing) problems. https://en.discussions.tomtom.com/spark-and-spark-3-runner-2-and-runner-3-473/poor-syncing-after-1-6-26-update-1028011

Yes the attachment explains your problem much clearer now! You have a big "X" on top of the right corner of the sceen. I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall the Tom Tom Sports App (the latest one available). See if that helps.

I think Tom Tom only intended 24/7 monitoring with it's built in sensor and not the strap. 24/7 monitoring by the built in sensor snapshots your HR every 10 minutes or so.

On watch go to Settings>Options>Lock>OFF

My hope is that Tom Tom sells off the Consumer Sports division to another company willing to enter the wareables market and take over from there.

Just note that Fitness Points and Age is only available to certain devices. Devices with no built in HR sensors will not get the Fitness Points Age feature even when using an external HR strap. Older generation devices also are excluded. A pity really...

Great to hear your problem appears to be solved. Your topic will assist others who question any severe discrepancies in their own perceived Fitness Age.

As you have a Spark (first generation) I do not think it's available. In the link below it mentions that 4 year old watches are not going to be getting some of the new features. See this link. https://en.discussions.tomtom.com/runner-multi-sport-184/planning-new-workouts-1027693

Ok you got me confused as the subject of your topic mentions ".. Sports App". Looks like you talking about the watch itself. On your watch go to Settings>Phone>Manage>Syncing then choose ON/OFF/MANUAL. If you cannot find Settings>Phone>Manage then it means you have not paired your watch to the phone before - or it could…

Am I correct in saying you have the base Runner 3 model? With no built in optical HRM sensor (i.e. non cardio)? If you have the base entry level model - you will need to purchase a compatible/supported Bluetooth BLE HRM strap (chest or arm).
