  • I never did get that far. However, cleared cache and cookies on my browser and finally go to "chat" with someone who has sent me a link to add my problems etc in detail. Thanks for your help.

Tried another browser and got this:- You need to be logged in If you wish to speak to a support representative, just wait a few seconds and then click Get in touch when the button appears, and you will be presented with the available contact options. I am logged in!! What now please?

  • I could not login to my TomTom account when in mydrive.Tomtom.com and I press login it put a small white screen in the middle of the window, probabty the login, and then it went straight back to asking me to login or create an account. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks

  • Electronick The fix that TomTom gave me ie a Full Factory reset has not worked so I have gone back to TomTom. I will update this case as and when I get a response.
