Once you create a folder in on the Music folder with the watch you can go to itunes select your playlist, highlight the songs and then drag them into the folder. It works and is not that difficult to work around but still don't understand why now the watch can't find itunes playlists.
Thanks for the workaround. Not really the way it is supposed to be but as TomTom has pulled out of the watches market i guess this is what we can expect going forward.
Had my it guy. Take a look. He says the iTunes Music Library.xml file is in the folder that TomTom MySportsConnect is looking in yet it doesn't show up when I hit browse. In fact no files types can be searched. Went over past discussions and checked the file above and the last line in the iTunes Music Library.xml I think…
No comment or any response from TomTom?
I would contact them again. I have had two straps go bad. I feel it is poor design/materials.. Everytime I deal with customer service they are great and have helped me out in getting replacement straps sent. Another trick I think will help with longevity is not taking the pod out to charge it.
TomTom is sending a brand new watch because my strap broke. I agree it's a bad design. Try contacting customer service and asking for an exchange. Because this is my second time so they even expedited everything.
