Hi Vikram, Thank you for your suggestion. I had already tried this, but then I do not get reminders relating to the map, speed camera and charging stations that I do need. But I have utilised the option to empty download folder. I hope that this will rectify the over loading of my hard drive. Regards Snowy1960
Hi VikramK How do I perform a soft reset. I have tried searching in Tomtom support and there are hundreds of options come up.
YES & NO is the answer. I tried the suggestions mentioned on the page at the link: https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/discussion/comment/1636903/#Comment_1636903 But it did not work until I uninstalled the MDC app off my MS Surface Go pc and rebooted the pc. After I re-installed the MDC app it would still not work properly.…
Thanks for your help. I have sorted the problem.
I have made the changes and connected my satnav to my pc. At the moment there are no further updates so I can not confirm whether the changes have made any difference. I will re look at this after my next update.
