I installed the Europe map, and Luxembourg map appears, yeah! Now German map gone (streets not shown). Very confusing as there’s so many Europe maps. And some have the same countries.

Let’s see what happen’s next, otherwise I will do a complete factory reset, which I did before when this issue cropped up

Where do you find the flags?

I uninstalled maps and reinstalling the Europe map now

But I have the Go Essential

When I logged into MyDrive on my computer, it says “”We could not find your location”???

Strange as there’s no Luxembourg terrain map shown on my device even though the map is installed. GPS problem with the TomTom? Also when I connect the device to my computer it shows that I have a different model instead of my Go Essential?

Thanks for your input and help. Appreciate this. I have the EU maps installed. Was trying to plan my route from Köln to Luxemburg. Had reset the device to factory settings and reinstalled the maps again and the problem still exists.

Could you please explain in layman’s terms? Had tried to download the map again but still the same issue.

Installed TomTomHome2 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. No error message but I still cannot connect to my TomTom Go Essential. iOS (14.1) device works via Bluetooth and hotspot.

When I open MyDrive on my Mac OS Catalina I got an error message: Server's certificate does not match the URL. Do you want to ignore these errors for the host? once the application opens, my device is not connected to MyDrive

Managed to change to the German App store and I still cant find TomTom MyDrive App

Thanks for the welcome. I moved to Germany recently from Hong Kong and I guess I am still connected to the HK App Store. Am still trying to get my German credit card approved to sign in to the German App store.
