omg srry for the (very) late reply. because there is no such way of closing it down the regular way; it's services remain running in the background, draining my batteries.

hi @VikramK thanx for your reply: Why would an app which is closed because the service is not needed just pop up out of nowhere saying: "You are connected to your TomTom via cloud."
