You need the TomTom Home software to get updates: https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013960739-Installing-TomTom-HOME For Mazda NB1, you need to follow these steps so the software recognize your memory card correctly. https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013901620
Hi BarryDavies, You really should not post your personal email addresses on the public forum. This is what you do to change your email address yourself.... Go to https://www.tomtom.com/en_us/ Log in to your account and go to Profile. Then click on the Change Email Address button Save it and you are all set.
Not knowing exactly what model you bought but based on the "3 years ago" mark, I would say... TomTom now can devide the whole map into reginal maps to resolve the lack of space issue. You might want to temporarily take the US map out, update your Euro map, then install reginal US maps.

Any status change on this? I learned from a friend that his device is doing the same thing.
Do what Carminat suggested to format your spare SD card to FAT32. Copy everything from your computer backup folder to the SD card except the "looper" folder. Turn on your car without the SD card, start the Navigation program, then insert the SD card. Your NB1 will build a new looper folder. Good luck.
