That's a good point! It was discussed here a while ago. We do indeed detect this based on the kinds of devices the traces come from. One problem is that a large vehicle doesn't automatically mean a construction vehicle.

Our traces indicate east bound closure but they could be coming from construction vehicles. I'll ask the team to check this.

I'm sorry, I misunderstood you. You meant the screen shown at 1:40 in the above video, right? The X there means that you shouldn't disconnect your device from the computer while the recovery process is taking place.

Unfortunately, this issue has turned out to be very difficult to reproduces which makes it difficult to find a solution for it. We also seem to be getting very few reports about this.
