Tomtom replaced my rider for a new one and this one is working fine. It took about a year and alot of endless phonecalls. But I am happy with the solution. But a year is to long.

After a long and complicated contact with TomTom Customerservice in the Netherlands, I got this answer. My suggestion is to make this error known on the forums of motorcycle sites around the world.
