Why is it that Tom Tom spend time on giving out badges as if we are primary school children rather than communicating with Apple on upcoming OS updates so that TomTom Home users are not left with no access for months!!

Jim - what I don't understand is why you wait 'till it is a reported problem rather than communicating with Apple on projected updates?

TomTom Home is now not working with macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 - it took months for TomTom to get it working with macOS Catalina - is it really that difficult to cooperate with Apple and plan ahead?

I, like other MacOS Catalina users, was today sent yet another attempt by TomTom to provide working software for TomTom HOME. It doesn't work - again. The download appears successful and the TomTom icon appears but does not open. What I don't understand is how updates can be provided without first testing on a Mac running…

I received an email from TomTom this morning with a link to the 'compatible version of TomTom HOME for 10.15 Catalina'. The new version down loads OK and a new TomTom HOME icon appears BUT IT DOES NOT OPEN!!! Perhaps Vikram can advise.

...maybe someone with a social media account (I don't) should start a campaign to alert potential future TomTom customers of this issue and the lack of concern that TomTom seem to have.....

Tom Tom should be working with Apple to ensure compatibility with Mac OS updates - it is a shocking inditement that TomTom (a tech organisation of some standing) is unprepared and unable to fulfil its responsibilities to its paying customers.
