Hi An update on my leaking 550. Tomtom told me to return the unit for a repair as it is in its warranty period. However they received the unit and said it wasnt covered and wanted 100 euro to do the works. I have refused to pay and requested the unit be returned but still awaiting the unit. My Rider 550 showed signs of condensation, large area of condensed water on the display after just one day of heavy rain. It started to dry out as I was driving but not completely gone yet.. I am trying the rice trick and will see how we get on. Does TomTom warranty cover this if it isnt successful ?
