With that in mind (my previous post), does a rollback actually work in the meantime? If so I'd like that doing to mine. I really don't want to ditch it for something else.
My Spark 3 Cardio is on the 1.7.64 and the battery life is now awful. It renders the watch unusable as a watch as you have to keep it charging for when you actually need to use it. Why is this being so ignored by Tomtom? It needs fixing as it is surely embarrassing the brand in the media?

Many thanks. Done a bit of forum research last night and found that the factory reset was the way forward. It seems to have worked, but I can only confirm it self-clears after sync when I've completed more activities etc... Here's hoping! :)
What an absolutely bewildering crying shame that tomtom are pulling out the wearables market. As some have recognised, the Spark and Runner watches are serious contenders in the market given the spec and price tag.
