I have my 550 mounted on my R1200RT. Using the original mounting hols for the Garmin but with spacers I have just enough clearance to rotate it 90 degrees for fitting it on in portrait mode before rotating it into standard landscape.

Hi
Not sure how you are planning your routes if using TYRE or myrouteapp , save the routes as a GXP1.1 you will get two copies of the trip when imported to your tomtom
use the route version not the track if you use a track the tomtom… -

Hello there seems to be a problem with the Sena units I have a SC10 and this happens from time to time I find it happens less often if I have a hard reboot of the tomtom before setting out
(Hold power button until the unit reboots and you h… -
Hi Ride to start it exactly that. Ride to nearest again requires little explanation it will take you to the nearest point from your present location to the route then allow you to continue the rest of the route.
Tracks have a lot more wayp… -
Couple of things to try. Do you have the unit set to be fixed in landscape of portrait mode. On some bikes the PND seems to get confused going over bumps. so try locking the orientation. Reboots could be a Bluetooth issue there is a bit of a bug …

Have you tried a hard reboot of the tomtom with the PND on hold the power button until you hear the drum roll an the device reboots

Have you taken this up with Ducati? I mean you paid 20K for that so maybe as the bigger investment you would expect them to have the BT comparability solved ?

Hi I use the Sena SC10U (Schuberth version) and have no problems using an android phone and tomtom
I would suggest you factory rest the Sena and the tomtom also delete the pairing from your phone. Down load the mydrive app and conne… -
Your electrician said there was no voltage at the pins , did the electrician test the feed from the power supply ? three docks in a row would suggest that the problem is elsewhere. Is the dock connected to the bikes battery direct of via a switche…

I have a RT1200 and have travelled 1000's of miles without power issues. I would check that t the problem is not with the power feed to the dock. The ride 1-5 had problems with the power connection into the dock. The new 400-500 series has a fly …

The MyDrive app and Rider 450 or rider 550 worked OK with my G7 and G9
Once the app is logged into your account and you have paired the app with your device it should be working. -
The 400 and 500 series PNDs share the same mounting unit
-
Have you installed the Tomtom mydrive app on your phone?

Hi
Depending on the distance but I would suggest you need at least 40 reasonably evenly spaced waypoints. I use myrouteapp. Pick your start and finish points then drag the route onto the roads you want to use. If you then pick a n… -
Have you installed the latest update it seems a little more intelligent than previous versions, certainly on planned routes. I set a route that was a sort of 100 mile figure of eight did the first bit didn't take me as long as I expected so d…

Hi
I think on the latest software it would continue once you were back on the route
Also when importing use routes not tracks if you are likely to want to skip a bit of the route. -
Complaining about soft resets? Do you have a windows computer? or indeed a modern phone both of these need regular re boots to keep them working correctly and if you think about it Windows has been around for over 30 years, anyone remember w…

I am sure someone made a mistake this is the current model you need to contact customer services in your country

No I don't think so route you plan on line are saved as routes with a minimal number of way points. Not sure how planning on the device would work but from what you wrote it only saves it as a track. I have never considered planning on the devi…
