Hi @rob_stal When you paired your iPhone to the TT device did you have Personal Hotspot turned On in the iPhones Settings. When you have done that then you have to remember to have Personal Hotspot turned On as well as Bluetooth on your iPhone to maintain a connection to the TT device. You will never be asked for your…

Hi @Tafia If you create a route on the device from A to B and it is displayed you can either use the Search facility or Press on the screen where you want to go. You get a menu next to this additional place and if you Tap the 3 vertical Dots next to Drive you can Select Add to Route. Doug

Hi @Tafia If the unit is turned On if you Tap the Menu button is there a line through the Voice Icon at the right end of the Volume bar. If so Tap the Icon to remove the Line and enables the direction information. Doug
