  • I received 52 updates for my 6250 which don't relate to the truck maps so I believe something has gone wrong at TomTom s end. Also my old 5150 now has all live traffic etc which I don't have subscription to.

  • The TomTom truck 6250 is still unable to update through WiFi or USB still stuck on maps 14 months ths old ! If trying in USB it states 52 updates available but this are just countries with no relevance to truck Europe.   • Just disappointed that needs sorting via computer instead of updating via WiFi which was a big buying reason for me, otherwise its a fantastic truck satnav!

  • Thanks for reply , I will try again at weekend when I'm home , seems to have updated Application Version using phone as hotspot but map is still v1060 10586.

  • Good morning, my 6250 Truck won't update maps , last map is 13 months old Europe Truck v1060.10586 , speed cameras and traffic do update but maps will not. Says my TomTom is up to date! Have tried resetting but no joy. Please advise.
