  • Further information: I have successfully downloaded and installed maps of Eswatini (Swaziland), Namibia, and west South Africa, but not east South Africa. I live in east South Africa. I can set a route in any of the downloaded maps. I guess that there is a problem on the TomTom side relating to east South Africa.
  • Thanks Doug. You are correct, The payment is now made directly to either Apple or Google, and they don't share. Now my problem is to activate the subscription on my Android phone.
  • I reset the app. I can log in, my subscription shows it has been renewed, "My Places" are all there. When I try to set a rout, it tells me "no route possible" at the top of the screen. The Bluetooth is on, I re-scanned. Other devices are connected (and tested)
