somewhere you are supposed to allow tomtom access to notifications. It already is, but in the app it doesnt show up as allowed....

Like you I am on my third strap as well. I think between the plastic not being strong enough, and too thin in certain places, it always seems to give way somewhere. (and different places each time). But every time I have called the support desk and they have sent one out free of charge. Why would you not call first instead…
