Greetings everyone! I need to update My Tomtom Via 1505/1515, but "MyDrive Connect" does not allow me to add it to the list of my devices: I get the error message : "Sorry, there is a problem; is is presently impossible to add your device to your account; please try again" . How can I force MyDrive Connect to accept my device?

      I finally succeeded! I just kept on clicking on the "Try Again" switch... Each time I got the same error... But after a few minutes of failed attempts, it miraculously worked, and the device was added to my account.
      I was then able to update my GPS, which started a new useful life.

      So the "Please Try Again" button should rather read "Please Keep on Trying Again" :-)
