Hello All I have been doing a walk/jog program running barefeet on the beach since December 2017 but have been struggling with Plantar Fasciitis for a few months now. Gave myself a break from end April month and went on Thursday, 20 June again for a 6km walk more than run. How soon can I get into my normal 10km walk/runs as I use to do 10km every Saturday and Sunday and walk 3km in my lunch most days for 30 mins. Please advise what would be best as I have googled so many topics on the net. Thought you might have a better answer. Thanks
