    I have tried to communicate with Tom Tom. There is no human or msg facility on their phone. I emailed a problem, and got a blank response with an incident number. I got back for clarification and have not heard from them. Is Tom Tom alive, dead or what?

      Since this year, TomTom's support has deteriorated dramatically.

    I hav emailed to Tom Tom with no response. Just got one email with a case number but no content!

    My question: can I replace the suction cup in my Via 1500 GPS? It no longer clicks locked and does not hold.
