Just opened a Go PremiumX. I have owned TomTom satnavs for at least 10 years. Today I have spent 4 hours trying to log into my account and update the new device. Wont let me in! TomTom customer service absolutely useless as they wont let you contact them! You end up going round and round not getting any help. All I want is my money back but they dont have a way to do that either
