Scrolling region wrong.

When looking at a section, the scrolling region is wrong.
Most of the page header is scrolling off-screen as one scrolls down through the titles.
The scrolling region should start just below the "Title...... Replies....... " so we can see at the top which section we are in all the time.
We shouldn't see:

That's a good point! The title should indeed always stay visible. This goes high on our to-do list
