Mysports password re-set problems

Hi. Hoping someone can help. Could not log into mysports via iPad app, even though I know I have not changed my password. I tried password re-set a couple of times but still get message saying that the "information does not match our records"
This is driving me crazy as I cannot update my watch without the log in.
Any ideas?

    Call Customer Support and they can undo the links between the email and your account and allow you to reset it.

    welcome and do not fear... this is an on going problem that tom tom will never fix...just continue reading all of the negitive feedback that the former customers of tom tom have been posting... tom tom will never fis this problem. you will do better to return your watch and buy a garmin... you will be more satisfied...promise...

    Actually, I used the contact form for this very issue and they got back to me the next day with a successful fix.
