Why does my TomTom Go app bought in Apple App Store not show in my TomTom account?

I have had a TomTom account for years. I recently bought the TomTom Go app via the Apple app store.
I logged into the app via my TomTom credentials and it updates the maps.
But when I log into my Tomtom account on the website it says I have no apps.
How do I fix this?

    Normal it is Apple that manages the subscription now not Tomtom.

    There is nothing to do, Apple manages your subscription.

    why do you want to see it in your TomTom account? What benefit would that have for you?
