Annual Speed Camera Subscription.

The status of the Annual Speed Camera Subscription says “Active” and the Order says “Complete”, but nothing is available in My Drive.
Please can someone tell me how long it will be before I can update my GO500 device? It's now 4 days since payment was taken and still no updates!

    I think the subscription has not been assigned to your GPS model?
    At the time of purchase did you select the model of GPS for which you are purchasing the service.

    Thank you. I did order through my account and it does have the details of my only device on it. Slightly baffled.
