Bought a map online ... now waiting ... for more than a day
Bought a new map yesterday. My online order status remains on "mee bezig" (workin on it). Very disappointed with this user experience where payment should be instant and very strange you need to wait for 2 days delivery for a digital product (a map). Tom Tom supprot chat is a nightmare ... does anybody have a telephone number of a helpdesk in Belgium / Netherlands? Leaving on holidays tomorrow.
