My drive connect insisted on updating itself this morning to 4.2.13.4348
On restarting I get asked for authentication to;
webproxy.solaris.test.tomtom.com
Has someone put the test version live and not changed the server address?
My login is repeatedly rejected, a brief view of the normal screen followed by white screen
Tomtom unable to connect to server
Where can I get the previous version while you sort yourselves out?

I tried finding a solution on the internet but i cant find any. it doesn't work on my win 10 desktop and on my win 7 laptop so it might be an internet connection problem but i dind't know how to fix it.

Exactly the same problem here. MyDrive Connect upgraded to v4.2.13.4348 and now presenting new request for Authentication to webproxy.solaris.test.tomtom.com
Taskbar icon settings tab opens up with 'Verify connection' button greyed-out.
If I click into "Use System Settings" then back to "Direct connection..." the 'Verify connection buttos is available and, when clicked, gives a green tick but I still get the same authentication request when I launch the app.

After many years of operation MyDrive Connect will not allow login. My credentials have not changed for years but a server at "webproxy.solaris.test.tomtom.com" is not letting me in.0

I have the same problem, the "webproxy.solaris.test.tomtom.com" keeps going round in a loop. Any solutions as I am off on a 2 week trip from Monday & wanted to upload some routes to my Rider 4100

You have obviously updated your systems etc. However I can now not update my TomTom. Not impressed.
I log in but then get another login request stating:
"A username and password is being requested by webproxy.solaris.test.tomtom.com".
I put in my details and get:
Server not found
MyDrive Connect can't find the server at www.tomtom.com
If you are unable to load this page, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that MyDrive Connect is permitted to access the Web
Retry
WTF. Don't you people test these things before you implement them.
My firewall is set up to allow TomTom My Drive.

PS You chat application on the website doesn't work which just further aggravates the situation.0
