Hi there,
I have a TomTom Go 4CR52. I was used to import OV2 files by connecting the TomTom with the MyDrive Connect app. But this option is not available anymore?
When I go to mydrive.tomtom.com --> My places --> import an OV2 file, it won't sync with my TomTom (even after I restarted the app and the TomTom device as well).
How can I solve this problem so I am able to import OV2 files to my TomTom Go (4CR52) again?
Regards,
Raymond

Your TomTom GO LIVE 1005 does not support importing ov2 files using the MyDrive web version.
Could you try the steps in the below topic advised by @YamFazMan [Method (1) and Method (2)]
