No voice instruction are heard on iPhone 8

Hi, I would need your help: TomTom Go 3.1.5 on iPhone 8 (iOS 15.4.1): there are no voice commands heard when start navigation - neither from phone nor from car audio (connected via BT - but I do not have CarPlay connection, calls work OK.). Allowed in menu, of course, Very rarely it says the first command but no other. Can anybody help, please? Thank you, Michal

Welcome, @Michal_N945 to the Community! There's a switch in the bottom right corner of the main menu, make sure it's enabled.
Also for a Bluetooth connection, you can see the Airplay icon at the bottom left from which you can select the devices you wish to hear the instructions upon.

Thank you! Sound was enabled, of course. I had to allow voice in iPhone only to fix it - switch from automatic car Bluetooth connection - so commands come from mobile only, not from car audio :-(. But it works, in the end.0
