Canceling subscription.

Apprentice Traveler
I have active subscription for one year. Next payment is on 10.2022. To cancel next payment i need to Cancel subscription? If i click on cancel, it says that i will not have it anylonger from now... So how is it possible to cancel next payment without loosing traffic live?

    If you cancel now, the next direct debit of 22/10 will not be taken, you can also wait until 22/09 to cancel the subscription.

    I have tried for a few months now to cancel my subscription but I got the same message again and again: ''We are unable to cancel your subscription. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support.'' And to contact support is a nightmare and I cannot get through a live person to talk about this. Can someone help?
