MyDrive Connect does not connect on my device on MacOS Monterey M1, any issue?

I have installed latest versión on MacOS Monterey M1 but do not connect to START 52 device.

It is connected directly by a wire USB type C to Micro-B

Are there any issue on MacOS? Are there any workaround?

    Welcome to the community!
    This could be bus power issue with the newer mac’s usb connections. There were intermittent issues when we were testing this, but when we changed the cable (type c + micro usb) we got this working.

    Few suggestions:

    • Connect to a different USB port.
    • Connect device via external powered hub (this could be the best solution because it takes away the bus power issue)

    Will a Go Classic work on a Mac running M1 Monterey or M1 Big Sur?
    Is it dependent on the OS or the chip ( M1, M1 pro, M1 max or Intel)?
