When entering address manually, the keyboard does not work properly

I have a blue&me (fiat) navigation.
The keyboard does not work properly when entering an address manually.
If you press the bottom line of letters (z-m), you get the middle line of letters (a-l).
The top letter line doesn't work at all.
Already reset the device to factory settings, that doesn't solve anything.
Anyone know what's going on?

Clean the area under the bezel. Car dealer can decide if a screen change is needed.0
