TomTom Go Professional 620.
It’s happened again… I’m trying to plan tomorrows route with the post code CB9 7RR, and the whole area and housing estates around it I cannot seem to get a route planned. Why is there always some sort of issue with these TomTom?

    I have the same issue. Previous thread said it had been fixed but not working on my iPhone running MyDrive 2.13.2.

    I cannot plan "any" routes to either a new post code or to any existing My places on the MyDrive App on my Iphone getting the message - a new route could not be planned as mentioned above.


    I do not get the message on my Android phone, it merely switched screens showed a TomTom Logo screen and took you back to the planning a route screen. (same net effect as the IOS version - no routes possible.)

    MyDrive (web/PC) seems to be working as normal and I can plan & transfer routes to my devices.

    Lets hope TomTom will correct the "No route" issue on the App versions swiftly. @VikramK @lampard @Jurgen.

    I’ve just realised that I too can’t do any route at all. I’m running iPhone, iOS 15.4.1 and app V2.13.2. Hope this gets sorted as soon as possible

    +1 on this for me as well. Same error.
    Running MyDrive v2.13.2 on an iPhone XS Max with IOS 15.4.1
    This problem has been happening since the 5th of May 2022

    I can confirm that the bug is (for now ;-) ) gone. Route planning works again.
