A Map wont download

I am having problems downloading the Italian map 830MB
I have 1.70Gb free internal memory and 10.5GB free on SD card.
I download maps to the SD Card . Its start to down load and stop around 15% then says download failed
I have shutdown and rebooted but still the same "download Failed"
Any help would be appreciated

You download your map via wi-fi .device connect to mains charger?

No it still did not download so I tried another map to see if it would so downloaded Egypt without any problems.
Could it be that Italy is in West Europe which I have?
