Maybe I am not looking properly but where can I contact someone ? live chat, or by phone, or by email ? not on here I need a quick answer ? I bought a second hand TomTom smart 20 and bought the Traffic Camera Update through TomTom Drive but my cameras are still not coming on ? someone give me a No. or email address I am in Holland

    Since covid 19 there is no longer a telephone line to contact Tomtom.

    There have been no phone lines to Customer Support since the start of Covid and no indication that the facility will return.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat


    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

    NO the second link also sends me back here ? Haha is this a joke ? and this website is also very jumpy and unstable even though I am using a PC with a good internet connection ? So anyone else have any ideas I have paid for Speed Cameras and have not got them updated the TomTom Reset it to Factory settings still no Cameras

    Hi Update after messing about connecting to MyDrive suddenly it showed I had a Camera Update ? weird but now installed Cameras on my Smart 20 still have the problem of after updating my VIA 53 I lost my cameras on that one :(

    On your VIA 53 do you have a valid radar subscription?
