Payement of live update by credit card rejected

Hello
i have bought the update of live of the catminat tomtom on one of my Renault, and the payement by credit card has been accepted.
Few days after, I bought the update of live of the carminat tomtom for my other Renault and the payement by the same credit card has been rejected.
I tried several time, always rejected.
Several time I asked to Tomtom support to help me to solve the problem . NO ANSWER
For information i bought services to other suppliers with the same card without any problem. My bank have not seen any problem.
Please help me to find the right way to get an answer by tomtom. IE error messages to send to my bank.
Does anybody in the forum know the solution.

    What browser are you using?

    Did you try clearing cookies and then try again?
    Or try ordering the service using an alternate browser.

    Could you also share the ticket number for your query raised with our customer service team, please?

    Sorry for this late answer, but i was out.
    My multiple initial tries were with Edge. According to your recommandation tried to buy the update of Live with Chrome. I got the same answer.
    The request number got on a mail of Tomtom, is "request (1475821)". I suppose, given on the chat.
