I want to cancel a subcription to an extra map. I have done what they said on their website, but it states I have no subcription, yet I have. I don't want a map which is useless to me. I use TomTom MyDrive connect for a GPS.

Maybe you bought the card with another email address hat's why you don't see it on your account. ?

I have tried with their robot chat, but just can't get further to chat with a real person. We only have one e-mail address and I can login. I have now tried sending an e-mail with your link. Hope I get somewhere with it. I find their MyDrive and the routes hopeless, so won't be buying another TomTom GPS. thanks for the help.0
