I just purchased the Map of the World online. My order status shows Inprogress.
When will the status change?
How do I install a map of Canada? My device now shows an old Canada Alaska Zone map.

Welcome to the community! I don't see the order for Word Maps has been allocated to your account yet. Please get in touch with our customer service team along with the order number. They can check the payment/order status and advise accordingly.

Thanks Vikram. Wish I knew how to get in touch with your Customer Service Team. That is the problem. There doesn't seem any way to contact a real person. Only chat with a bot. Very frustrating.

The chat is useless. Then when I get to enter an email I get the message "Try again later."
Your second link is more helpful. Hopefully I will get a response.
