After installing this beta update I have a problem with the app when connected via cable to Android auto in my car vw golf 7.
Black screen saying loading app and it stays like that. On my phone (Samsung S20 android 12, one ui 4.1) at the same time, I get a message saying tomtom has failed and has been closed down.
If I start app before connecting to car, Tomtom seems to work fine on AA.

I have exactly the same problem. The App won't work on the car screen unless it is started on the phone first. I have the same phone and a VW but Android is connected wirelessly. Once up and running on the car TomTom works as usual.

Same problem as noted twice already: in Android Auto the app does not start, 'loading app' message but nothing happens. Mazda 3 2019, wired connection.

Same issue with 3.4.1 Beta & AA. I found that when it gets stuck at 'loading app', I can start TomTom on phone, and then it will continue loading and work fine on AA.

    Phone is S22 Ultra.

Hello TT, are you aware of this problem and are you working on a solution?
    It is very annoying.

I know the problem is known, However I can not use TomTom Go now sinds the end of February. I am currently using Google maps and Flitsmeister. If the problems are not solved by the end of April I will not resume my subscription. I am so sorry TomTom. I know It can be difficult to find the pro lem and find the solution. I am working in IT too. But paying for a not working piece of software? No thanks
