I bought the Western Europe App for my iPhone a while ago and when I open the app there is a Free Upgrade option. Everytime I click and log in, I will receive a message " Adding your purchase to your TomTom account failed. I have retried few times and same result. Please advice.

You have an old version of the application, upgrading to the new free version is no longer available, you must purchase the new Tomtom Go application.
