Is it possible to convert an iPhone 12 month subscription with family sharing?

Hello, I just took out the wrong subscription. (12 months standard)
Money is debited and cannot extend it.
I would like to book the additional function.
I need family release

Would that be possible for an extra charge?
Otherwise I have to wait 12 months.

    How do I switch from an individual subscription to family sharing?
    You can upgrade anytime in the Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device, make sure the family sharing option (Settings > Apple ID > Family Sharing) is turned on.

    When you upgrade, Apple refunds the remainder of your original subscription.

    OK, OK, I did.
    So far I've only gotten the message that €29.95 will be debited. I'm curious if there will be a refund.

    It's no longer Tomtom that manages subscriptions, it's Apple that manages subscriptions.

    and how do I get the credit now?
    Do I need to contact Apple ind?
    Or does the offsetting happen automatically?
